From the lender, Randy Crisp and Lucy Seales, to the underwriter, Kim Cohoon, was the most pleasant experience EVER! This is the second time Randy Crisp has been our lender for a new home purchase. This time was a new construction and I am self employed and this was easier and smoother than the first time. Lucy made sure I had EVERYTHING I needed and walked me through anything I had an issue with. She really was the glue in the entire process! I am so very grateful for Lucy, Kim and Randy.
