  Well let me start off by saying I apologize for the zero star service I provided to you. You my first customer to call it like it is. I would dislike to lose you as a customer. More than most of my customers always have excellent reviews about me. Going foward Maria I will take the necessary steps to better satisfy you. If you don’t come back I understand enjoy your holiday and those who actually come to my job and appreciate what I do and see the at the pace I do it at. To you guys I THANK YOU VERY MUCH. You guys help me put food on the table for my family. No cap

  I have been to this place twice, and both times only because of it's location which is a few blocks from home, I tried avoiding Pay O matic because it's always jammed packed. First things first, the person sitting in the front has zero customer service skills, on both occasions, he has his nose buried in his cell phone, even when I was talking to him . I swore not to go back there again because my first experience when after I wrote my receivers name (western union) he still got it wrong, it was an emergency and i had to call WU from work to rectify the spelling error and then to make things worse, the exchange pay was incorrect as well. I'd rather go to Pay O matic, and wait on a long line than to have no waiting time and have mistakes. NEVER AGAIN!! i didn't have an option for zero stars

  So I stopped here on 3/15/18 to Western Union money to someone and I asked the teller how much it would cost to send the money to the Bronx and they guy told me $40.00!!!!!!! No, I do not wire money often but I knew that was way too much. I searched for another location and found it was only $12.00. I am going to report the company to The Department of Consumer Affairs, The Better Business Bureau, The Town of Hempstead (local officials etc), and any one else who will listen. This is a perfect example of how people take advantage of others in poor low income communities such as Roosevelt where African American, and people of the Caribbean live and shop. SHAME ON THEM!!!! I need to report them to the BBB....
