      Went to uniondale branch this morning to cash a cheque the Spanish teller was very rude and unprofessional I don’t have an account with this bank was seriously thinking about opening one but after my experience I am forgetting about it I have been to this branch several times in the last 3 months and this is my first nasty experience I tried calling the bank the lodge a complaint with the manage and no Bobby pick up the phone The manager can feel free to contact me for more details … either way I have absolutely no interest in doing business with them ever again

      Bad service I call customer service and they tell me that at the bank if I go personally they give me the cards I go to the bank in person and one teller passes me to another because he cannot do that service and when the other teller answers me he tells me no that they are going to send me the cards to the house that he does not know how to do that. They should train the staff not to waste one's time.
