  An incredibly unprofessional group of people. I made the mistake of coming here to get forms notorized. Was told 'I'm not sure we can do these' and then the lady proceeded to flip through every page, rearranging the order however she felt. Scanned a handful of them while we're standing there, still unsure if this is even something they can do. 10 minutes later, she comes back and finally makes the call to ask if it is possible to do it. Of course, it isn't. She hands us back our papers, all out of order and disheveled. I'm glad I noticed the ones she set to the side otherwise I wouldn't have gotten them all back. If you don't know how to do your job, ask someone before you waste everyone's time.

  First time here and experience was horrible. The line was extremely long. Only two people working at register. Took forever to cash my check because they needed to verify so much and still didn't even cash my check. Wanted to see proof that check was not deposited into my bank account. Supervisor was not helpful and approved the customer service I receieved because she said it was apart of Amscots procedure. I had to drive all the way to my bank to get the check cashed. Ariana was the incompetent supervisor and Heidi was the person that refused to give me my check back. Drive the extra miles to another amscot.
