Need more staff. Only 2 people working at 6 pm. After work hours. They always have to call headquarters for authorization to receive a child support payment. Today My teller waited over 15 minutes for someone to answer. They can’t receive payment without headquarters authorization. Stupid. Receive payment and let me go. Do what you have to on your own time, not mine.
