      Christian is the definition of great customer service. He handled four clients basically all at once with no complaints. He answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. Also with no complaints. This was my first time taking a loan out, and he made the experience very easy to understand, and I felt comfortable. He seemed very confident at his job and multitasking efficiently.
