  The reviewer with the one star review is obviously on the wrong Google listing. Randy and Alex at Amstar Mortgage are amazing! Patient, knowledgeable and efficient are the first words that come to mind. Amstar made my home buying experience as painless as possible. Even when we hit a potential snag near closing Randy was on top of it and I lost no sleep.

  Randy is an extremely rude person who you just can’t trust because he is not honest and up front. We lost money by using his brokerage service and the family is very upset. Again he was not honest. I think we should have just gone to a direct lender and not used Amstar Loans and Randy who is the CEO. Be careful because he is a very smooth talker.

  I have never done a loan for this client and have no idea who she is. I assume this post is from another lender that may have lost business to us. She doesn't even know the company name is AmStar Mortgage Network. Amstarloans is our web address. I have closed over $750 million in residential loans and would be glad to furnish as many sources as you would like regarding our service levels and pricing. You can pick from my past clients, attorneys, or realtors we have worked with. I will gladly provide a list of several of the largest attorney firms in Atlanta, some of the top realtors in Atlanta or, with their permission, as many past clients as you would like to speak with.   The absolute best customer service with competitive rates and mortgage options! Randy is an absolute pleasure (cannot stress this enough)!!! I began the home buying process with very limited knowledge of what it entailed, Randy took the time to explain things to me in language I could understand and gave me advice from the perspective of, "If you were my relative, I would tell you..." Randy made himself available to me 24/7 and was always happy to answer random questions I called him about, even if it was advice on a competitor's offer. He was completely transparent on what he could do and what he couldn't do, even if that meant going with another offer. He truly wanted me to have the best option for my particular situation, not just for his business. Who does that?!? Though my purchase agreement fell through because the seller refused to repair anything, I wish I could buy a house every month just to keep in contact with Randy. He's is kind, funny, and trustworthy. He is so knowledgeable and willing to share industry insights. Highly recommend him to any and everyone! Thank you so much, Randy! I'm so grateful for you.
