      I had an amazing experience at this location when securing my auto loan. Everyone who I had an interaction with at this branch did everything they could in order to help me and went above and beyond with their customer service.       We are going through a home equity application which was submitted at the end of January and so far the process has been going nowhere. We submitted all our requested documentation right away and here we are in the beginning of March and the loan just got tentatively approved and are still waiting for an appraisal. I should have listened to my brother in law and went to Credit Union of Georgia, he said they were able to close loan within 30 days. Now we are waiting for the appraisal, fingers crossed we can actually close this application before April.
