      Worst customer experience EVER! Tried to open an account with Florencia Calcena and it was a nightmare. She doesn't return calls and when she does, it's 3 days later. When we spoke, I was asking questions about the account process and she was too bothered and annoyed to answer all my questions. She had the nastiest attitude and kept cutting me off every time I had a question. I ended up taking my business to another bank because the service I received from her was so bad.

      If you’re black, I wouldn’t suggest going here. I tried to ask one questions, and they wouldn’t even let me in the door. Wow. I felt like a piece of trash!
