  When I moved to the CA, Los Angeles area, I needed to find a local insurance company that would provide quality renter's insurance without having a high premium, My apartment complex required that my renter's insurance cover $100,000 in damages, and proof of my policy must be provided, I had had good experiences with home insurance when in another state, so I called the local office to hopefully find a cheap quote. The Ancona Insurance Notary Services representatives were very attentive to my needs, knowledgeable in their services and quick to answer any questions that I had. They offered discounts if I used their insurances services for my vehicle, and with the added bonus of a cheaper rate if I avoided accidents. The representative took my contact information and promised to give me a call within a few hours with a quote. I was very surprised that not only did the representative call within the hour, but they had my renter's and vehicle insurance quotes at the ready. It wasn't necessarily cheap insurance, but the rates were fair and reasonable. The deductibles were standard and my total premium if paid in full was right around $450. The renter's insurance with the aforementioned $100,000 coverage was $357 for the entire year. I've had other insurance companies but I would be quick to state that Ancona Insurance Notary Services is in my opinion, the best insurance company if you're looking to combine policies. I appreciate the discounts, the accident forgiveness and the cheaper rates if I drive safely. There premiums are fair the representatives are knowledgeable and they have a very human quality that I appreciate the local office sends birthday and holiday cards. It doesn't change the amount of money that I pay but it does make me feel noticed and cared about. All in all, I couldn't happier.

  Went there for notary service. Notary woman forgot to sign something. Real estate transaction couldn't go through. Called Acona back the next day. Very grumpy man grunted that the woman is on vacation and hung up on me. Money lost. Also noticed one of the 5 star ratings here in Google maps is by another woman that works there. I am not getting this office confused with another.

  Stay away from this crooks! Absolutely unprofessional stuff, without any customer service or communication skills. Will take your money and drop you half way. Be careful!!!

  Daria is the one who is unprofessional using her Staged name and deceiving . For the money that she paid and work that was for for her would cost her thousands of dollars and she paid almost nothing for the service that was provided to her. As she saying the it was dropped half way it specifically stated that the job would be done up to that moment since from now on she has to wait and nothing else could be done.
