  This branch had been closed for over a year for a remodel. At first Bank of America was on the fence when it came to a remodel or completely closing the branch for good. I guess enough customers have them an earful about pulling out of Hollywood without good options for local businesses to get branch support. So they ended up doing the worlds slowest remodel. The remodel is finally finished and the branch is once again open. The remodel looks nice and it did make some sense. The teller widows are now upfront near the main entrance and they now have more private consultation space for their financial services further in. The biggest change that will affect most of their customers to some degree is that they no longer have 4 ATM machines on the front of the building. One of the ATM machines was removed as part of the remodel which now leaves only 3 machines in a fairly high foot traffic part of Hollywood. I guess time will tell if this will be a problem in the future. Still, it is nice to have an open branch back in this fairly high density part of Hollywood.

  Sold my motorcycle and had to deposit a large amount of cash. Small wait but understandable given the times. Teller was super friendly and assisted me, no complaints.

  The worst service I have received on Earth. I wish I could give zero stars. I lived in 3 different countries from 3 different continents, but never experienced being ghosted and such a horrible customer service. I am searching customer service FOR WEEKS, i could never connect to an associate. I am right now, at this very right moment, trying to connect to an associate on the phone. It is IMPOSSIBLE! I have a single person who is kind of my representative in this branch. He gave me his phone number and email and asked me to reach him for any questions. I sent him emails, I called him many times, he never responds. I am afraid if he is dead? I am not able send any money to anywhere, it is like a joke..... I decided to cancel my account. Never get an account from this bank.. As a response to the owner's response (since I am not able add a direct answer as in chat): I do not use Twitter or Facebook. Also why would I share my private banking information from the message section of a social media platform? Does that make any sense to you? Why not your colleague just simply answer my e-mails or call me back? Or the customer service?
