      I was shocked by the poor treatment I received from Brian Cook, the assistant manager. Up on requesting to open an account with Andover State Bank Brian was quick to shout at me about how he didn't want to take the time to help a customer. following this he drug the rest of the process on demeaning me and complaining about the process. I would hope some one would at least suggest to him a better manner of conduct him self around customers.
