  Working with Andreas to purchase my home was absolutely amazing! I had purchased a home before, and at that time I felt like I was blindfolded during the entire process. So many things weren’t explained outright, which required more of me throughout the homebuying process. End result of that one – my head was spinning and I was left feeling very frustrated. Andreas made sure this experience was completely different! He was incredibly thorough, explained every single aspect of the loan process in great detail, and even went out of his way to explain additional, external factors that contribute to home buying. He never made me feel embarrassed about asking too many questions. He was there at every turn of the process. He laid out all options without bias, and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each option when asked. It gave me a great deal of comfort when making the ultimate decisions, which were informed decisions. As a result, one of the best outcomes throughout this process was locking in at a FABULOUS interest rate! Even going through FHA in a frenzied buyer’s market, my loan opened on January 3rd and closed on January 20th. How unbelievable is that!? As an intelligent, single woman going through this process alone, I could have no greater faith in the expertise that Andreas exhibited. I know he had other clients on his plate, but he always made me feel as though I was the only one. Andreas is the best anyone could ever ask for, and you can be sure I will be calling on him again next time I need his expertise, hands down. Many, many, thanks, Andreas! You’re a miracle worker!
