  This will be my fourth home purchase and third time using Brad Saarela with Andrews Realty Group and Somerset Lending Corp. I can’t stress enough the importance of hiring a professional and attentive real estate agent that knows the business – which is what I received every time when working with Brad and his amazing team. Buying a home can be stressful and yet every step of the way Brad and his team were there to ease my mind and stepped up quickly when needed. I want to emphasize team, because during the process there was a last-minute walk through scheduled and Carrie came out twice that day to ensure I could feel at ease. This is of the utmost importance in selecting a real estate agent as you can easily lose the house of your dreams without a good team behind you. I also used Brad and his team when selling my home and this was not your typically home sale as it was selling a rental that both my ex-husband and I owned. This could have been a disaster, but Brad and his team handled the situation with the utmost understanding and took the time to really listen to both of our needs and concerns. He even went out of his way to work with my renters, I could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend Brad as his negotiating skills, knowledge and professionalism are hard to find in this business and I’m so thankful to him and his team – Thank you!
