      A good friend of mine recommended Gem Home Loans for the purchase of my home that I was in the process of buying. Considering that I work for a bank and had already started the process, I was hesitant. I assumed that my employer would give me the best deal. My friend spoke so highly of Don and his team that I thought I should at least call & compare options. I am so glad that I made that call. Don’s team was extreme professional & informative from the very beginning. Not only was Don able to help me get my loan Cleared to Close (especially considering my complicated financial history), he was able to get me a lower rate. I could not have been more pleased with this transaction. Soon after my purchase was closed, he helped my mother refinance her home.
