  Andy helped our friends find a great place in Durango, so when we were looking we were happy to use their recommendation, Andy. First off, Andy was very responsive and helpful to out of town buyers. Immediately sent me a list of properties that we might be interested in via his portal and was available for several calls to discuss what we liked and what we didn't like. When we got into town, Andy met us and provided some education on the market and how it can be a bit different than traditional markets, which was good context for us. As the inventory is currently very low, Andy also took the time to drive us around several neighborhoods to gather our feedback so that he could continue to send us listings that we might be interested in as new listings came up. While on this tour, we spotted a beautiful lot on the top of a hill and asked Andy to find out more information about the lot. Long story short, we ended up buying that lot and now we're going to build on it. Andy was a crucial part of this process and again educated us on how the land market is different from the home market and helped guide us through the process, including things that we never would have thought about, having never bought vacant land before. Besides that, Andy is as nice as the day is long. Would be happy to recommend for your Durango realty needs.

  We were very disappointed with how this realtor handled our situation. It was obvious that we weren’t given a fair chance on the property he was selling. Sad to know the warning about his lack of professionalism that we received was right.

  Katie I'm not sure who you where working with. I can assure my reputation is very strong in personal life and in real estate. This is a very competitive and fast moving market. I have no records of working with you directly. Let assume you brought an offer to a property I had listed. I can assure you my clients review all offers in a fair and timely matter with me. I don not choose the offer that's accepted. It's the Sellers decision on the best offer they want to accept. Many factors go into that. If I am ever working with the Buyer and Seller that offer is always presented in the same fair manner. The most disappointing park of this review is you never worked with me directly or contacted me about any concerns. The warning of lack of professionalism sounds like it also came from someone very unprofessional. Someone who could not explain the complexity of real estate. It's easier for them to make an excuse for their bad performance representing you and lay blame on someone else. I have also had personal offers not get accepted. It's hard to accept. Most likely everything probably worked out better for you in the long run. Wish you the best. You might rethink about editing your review as you where not my client.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Andy and his crew for the past year or so. I can tell you that he is a solid professional. I hear it from his clients, and I see it in his work. He's friendly, hard working, and genuine. Highly recommend.
