      After refinancing and saving several hundreds monthly on my car in 2019, I called to prequalify when I was looking to buy a new vehicle in 2022. Rakeya made it easy and helped me coordinate with the dealership before the holiday weekend with great financing rates. Keep it local and call before you go to the dealership, it was hassle free and saved the negotiating on the front end at the dealership. .

      You can’t reach anyone by phone on a regular basis no matter what day of the week it is. Voicemails are not returned, emails to them get no response of any kind. They used to be the best credit union around but in the last 3 or 4 years they’ve steadily gone downhill. This is no longer the business that it was and we are now in the process of going elsewhere.

      Was told to wait for a call to reschedule an interview. I call this morning and they say they have already offered the position to someone. Disgusting and unprofessional. They never reached back out to me and I didn’t have the chance to prove myself. Ridiculous.
