      Mid South Title is awesome! I had to do a consolidation loan with my business property and when they pulled the paperwork they found out that the last title company messed up and didn't file the land survey and land description and just made one up. They went above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure my title was free and clear with all the proper documentation.
