Bob Sylverstein did a great job for us and I really appreciated working with him. He was transparent throughout the process, and I felt like he was a strong advocate for our family. Sold my loan twice both times I ended up with damaged credit because I was not notified of the hand off to a laughable company who probably should not be allowed to handle any loan in the first place. Numerous problems Issue after issue in the beginning Notice the number of reviews for this company. The fake reviews tell the whole story. Most are 1 review ever. some as many as 3. Lesson learned on taking a referral from a lawyer who did some work for me. Bad place to do business. Never again and never recommend. The truth is Pete chilturd quoted me and then raised my % rate by a full point. Then acted like I misunderstood. After reminding him my wife was present when he quoted me. He then acted like it was something out of his control and I'd have to live with it.. Unfortunately I didn't know about it until I got to the signing stage. I would have lost the contract I was dealing on because of the deadline. He's a slick carpet bagger at its best. I'd avoid speicalized loan servicing and angel oak like the covid mixed with aids.
