      First Time Home Buying is stressful. After going back and forth we ended up choosing a different lender after only STARTING the loan process. No paperwork signed..etc. Travis was very rude after updating him on the change rather than trying to keep us by explaining to us that working with him would be worth it instead. Our other lender was willing to work with us on a rate and down payment after expressing our fears. I would go somewhere else.
