      Brad Silvius was very thorough and responsive. And a bonus — he was always upbeat and encouraging. This meant a lot when I had to back out on the first house I bought because of a disastrous inspection; I was on a tight timeline to find a house and I had a small budget so I was feeling a lot of stress. With the second house I found, there were some complications with my mortgage process that neither Brad or I could have foreseen, but he went the extra mile to get the issues resolved. Between Brad and my agent, Linda Forster, I had an all-star team to get me into my house.
