Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a cpa. It’s now may and our taxes are still not done. She doesn’t respond to e-mails phone calls or text took a $2500 retainer and have not had decency to respond to our requests. Stay away.

Unprofessional and untrustworthy CPA. I contacted Ann Chiang for a tax projection. I provided her with all the supporting documents in September. We agreed that she would provide me with the projection on Nov. 1. One week before the due date, I sent her an email to remind her of the service I'd hired her for. Her reply email said it was on her ''to do" list and it'd be ready the following week which would meet the dead line. It is over a month after the deadline and I haven't heard from her. Not the projection, not even an email or a phone call to let me know she'd be late. In my opinion, this person is terribly unprofessional, unreliable. She is not trustworthy. I will never even think about hiring her again.
Response from the owner
No service provided and no fees collected. I told her I was in the middle of an IRS audit for my client and would not be able to take her project until I was done. If she could not wait, she could try another accountant since we did not sign any engagement contract as potential client.
