  I never complete customer surveys but I just had to rate this incredible team. Where do I start? I first went with a known bank (First Federal Bank) and three days before closing, they notified me that we couldn't close and that we had to start the process from scratch!!! To make matters worse, they were charging me $9K in points without my acknowledgment or consent!! My Redfin realtor then recommeded I reach out to Brian and his team of experts. Wow! Talk about heroes!!! Brian and his team of superheroes closed my loan in 15 DAYS. YES, 15 DAYS!!! His team was supportive, informative, and accessible throughout the entire process. I tend to have a lot of questions and his team was amazing - namely Judy, my primary contact throughout the process. Thanks to them we closed and now have a place to live (our prior home had just sold). Don't look any further - if you want a knowledgeable team that will be accessible, fast, and thorough then these are your people for you. Don't get wooed by other banks or lenders. Brian and his team are the best in the industry. You will love working with them.

  The entire team was absolutely amazing! From prequalifying to closing, everyone was extremely helpful. I appreciate all of the information, and how smooth Mary, Stephanie and Tasha made the whole process. Would highly recommend using them for your mortgage!
