  Buying a house is terrifying. So, let’s say you’ve found the perfect house and your offer was accepted. Might as well stand up straight for your 1st Place ribbon, right? No! Don’t believe it! You are nowhere near the finish line. A million and one obstacles are still in your way: specifically, your loan. Enter Andy, a broker at Broker House Lending Whether it was the condition of the house or the condition of us, a couple of loans fell through. I knew the depths of despair – this house really was our unicorn home – and, every time something went sideways, Andy said: Don’t worry. We’re going to make this work. I stared at the speakerphone with maniacal depression while my SO sort of smiled and shrugged, “Andy’s got this.” Although there was absolutely no reason for it, we closed on Friday. Today, we’re introducing our dogs to their new home. There are some people who move the world to do their job – Andy is this type. In the face of impossibility, he never gave up. When a bank closed the door of our prospective house in our faces, Andy took it as a challenge. He explained the unfathomable world of realty to us, he answered calls after business hours (we tried not to make a habit of this), he was the scary-smart Pollyanna broker who made an impractical dream our new reality. So, Andy, you will never know what your dedication has given us; after all, this isn’t just a new house, this is our sanity saved in an increasingly weird world. Oh, and drinks are on us. Forever. SH.

  Nicole Hruska was our Loan Officer and did a great job helping us work through the process of purchasing our home. I am truly grateful for her handling all of the details since we hadn’t purchased a home in 20+ years.   Would never think about using anyone else. These guys are on point. No delays. They say they will do something and they do it. I’ll be a lifetime guy with them. Andy has never let me down.
