      Ray and his team worked incredibly hard for more than 3 months to make sure we closed on our home. In March 2022 were told by our previous lender that it was going to be impossible for them to get us approved. I called Ray after I received the bad news. Sounding desperate, sad, and frustrated over the phone, Ray asked me to come into his office to discuss in person several options he had available. He said to us on that day… “ I think I can make this happen for you guys” Time forward…. On June 24th, 2022 we closed on our home and we are now the proud owners of a 3-family home on BLVD East in West New York, NJ. I highly recommend Ray and his team!
