      I needed to set up a new buisness account, apply for a credit card, and I had a million questions. I set up an appointment online for 4pm. I was helped by Jefferson who was phenomenal. He really went above and beyond, filled out all the paperwork, answered all my questions and showed me all of my options. The bank closed at 5 but he stayed with me to complete everything until 5:30.. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. There was one question I had that he was not sure about, instead of trying to make something up, he said he would find the answer and let me know the next day, which he did. I would highly recommend this bank and Jefferson to anyone.

      I don't have a problem with the inside customer service. My issue is that the outdoor atm rarely works. Here's an idea! If it is going to be out of service for awhile, why don't you put a sign up so that everyone doesn't waste their time getting in line to go through the motions at the machine.
