  Steve with AnnieMac was very attentive to our needs especially when it came to getting us estimated numbers for all of the offers that we were placing. He always answered in a timely manner and was always willing to explain things to me being a first time home buyer about how things works and the steps of the processes. He was also extremely helpful in getting us to the table when it was coming time for settlement as we were having a lot of unforeseen issues with the appraiser that kept pushing things back.
