Anstaff was tremendously friendly and helpful through my challenging transition of moving here from California. they help me set up financing on my new home here long before my California one was up for sale and made it very easy. After the sale of the California home, we revised our agreement and they got me into a great new loan. Very professional and courteous in every regard. We are so please to find a bank like that here in town

This bank is awful when it comes to getting a loan, look elsewhere. My fiance and I are getting a home loan through them and getting the run around everytime we talk to them. They tack fees on that are unnecessary, and their home inspector will nit pick at every little thing saying stuff needs fixed on the home before you can get the loan, just so they have to keep coming out there and charge you $200 each time. They also told my fiance he was approved in the beginning (which is when we put $1,000 down so the sellers wouldn't sell it out from under us) and then turned around saying he probably wouldn't be approved for this loan, AFTER ALREADY BEING PRE-APPROVED. Which would make us lose our $1,000 as well (which I feel is worthy to get a lawyer involved). I very much regret using this bank and will stress to anyone not to go through them for a home loan. Our story WILL be shared on MANY social media platforms and shared to our friends and family.

The RUDEST banking experience ever! There’s a few people in there that are sweet, but my overall experience is awful. I recently moved here and wanted a bank closer to my house and opened this account for little small things. The first time I went they were stuck up, but I pushed through and the sweetest lady ever help set my account up. After that, every time I have gone back they have been so incredibly rude that I will be closing my account. I don’t feel like being belittled every time I go to the bank.
