He was VERY helpful throughout the process, taking the time to answer any questions we had and getting back to us whenever we needed to reach out to him despite my husband’s odd work hours, which we greatly appreciated. We’ve since recommended him to family members and he also successfully helped my father purchase his first home on his own as well!   My wife and I were first time home buyers and our real estate agent recommended Guaranteed Rate. We didn’t have a place in mind so we took her recommendation. Words can’t express how happy we were that we did!! Amber,Valerie,Anthony (I’m sorry I’m forgetting a few more)Helped us so much through the entire process. Always communicating with Us every step of the way. We got approved and we’re able to purchase our dream home. If We ever do this again We are definitely going through Guaranteed Rate. After We officially closed We got a small package in the mail. They had a personalized Ink stamp made for us with our Names and New Address. That meant a lot to us,like everything else, they go that extra step and make it personal.
