I wished I had done this sooner!!! Anthony made this transaction smooth, easy and enjoyable. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Every time something came up Anthony had a solution. His staff works with the goal of making sure that the customer is taken care of and the end game is getting you in your home. If you don’t use Anthony on you next home purchase, you will be missing out on a truly wonderful experience.

First time home buyer here. Anthony was awesome through the entire process of purchasing our first home. I had numerous questions regarding the process and Anthony was always there to walk me through it and provide answers to my concerns. I contacted Anthony sometimes at inconvenient times, such as catching him while he was having dinner, or late in the evening . Anthony was always understanding and kind while alleviating my concerns. I can't speak highly enough of Anthony and his professionalism. If I ever decide to buy again, I will be contacting Anthony and Intercap Lending, and will recommend him to my friends.
