      Hugely UNIMPRESSIVE. I wish I could give a zero. He put me off on his assistant many times, was slow to respond to calls and text messages if he responded at all, demonstrated poor communication, and most importantly, never attempted to rectify the situation or his lack of communication. I am a 800 plus credit score-self employed buyer and I didn't find him creative in his approach to financing nor eager to help, which is what you need when you're the type of buyer who doesn't get a paycheck every week. I did everything he asked, spending weeks gathering every document under the sun, and then he abruptly stopped communication and I never even got an answer on my application either way. He needs to do better and not take on clients he's not interested in for whatever reason. I would NOT recommend.
