  Tony is the absolute best mortgage loan officer, bar none. When my wife and I first started looking to buy our first home, I spoke with Tony about our financing needs and am I am so happy that I did. Tony was incredibly knowledgeable and insightful about the mortgage loan process, as he should be, however, where he stood out, was his ability to teach and explain things to me in a clear and articulate manner. Rather than try to fast talk his way into a sale or try to make a quick deal (which happened with other loan officers), Tony was the exact opposite; he was patient and understanding as my wife and I learned about the process and mortgage products TD Bank offers and then gave us the space to make a decision as to which bank we wanted to work with, even encouraging us to challenge the other banks to see if they could compete with the rates that TD Bank offered us. In the end, none of the banks could compete with the TD Bank rate, and none of the other loan officers gave me the confidence that they could close the deal quickly as we needed to close in 30 days or less. In the end what you get with Tony are not just competitive rates, but a truly competent professional that is organized and has excellent attention to detail and is able to get you to close as fast or slow as you want. There were no mistakes with missing documents or errors on documents that delayed the process, etc. Everything went smoothly and the experience couldn't have been more perfect. While I hope we don't have to move again in the near future, if I do have to, I know where I'll go for our next mortgage. Thank you for everything Tony, you truly are the best. Cheers!

  Tony helped us refinance our mortgage in Brooklyn. His patience is unending - he even hand-delivered documents to our home for signing. He explained everything as many times as we needed and was always available by phone, email, and text.
