This branch is under 5* because of their lack of work. They don’t want to work. They want us to do everything. People go to drive through to avoid things that we don’t know. But there is a new lady (cobra ) something like that her name refusing me to Deposit . I was there before and deposited with another lady she had done perfectly. But this new lady was super rude. She didn’t make it. She just doesn’t want to work. AFCU needs provide well trained people to help us. This is not fare..!!! Wasted my time.

On this mind I thought that I would be well cared for when a lady very kindly opened the door for me, the truth was she was very kind to me. The bad thing was when I went to the cashier because of how I looked, I think the cashier thought that I had stolen that check, she asked me for my ID and I showed it to her my REAL ID, then she said to show her another ID, I told her that I had no other than the license counts as Identification. But she told me that she wanted to see a credit card with my name on it so she could cash my check. I said wow. and she showed it to her, then she called the company to verify if the check I had had not been stolen. they should train some of their employees better
