      Lisa is a wonderful person and a great agent she is a no nonsense type of person she guided me thru the sale flawlessly after I turned the house over to her she had a full price offer in 5 days and settlement in 3 weeks with no contingency’s it was one of the easiest sales I had ever experienced If you’re looking for an agent I highly recommend Lisa

      We selected Lisa after interviewing a couple real estate agents to list and sell the townhouse. We made the right choice! She listed the property competitively and obtained many offers well over the sale price. And, her insight into buyer financing led to us accepting the highest offer and resulted in a quick sale with no complications! All this even after she supervised contractor work for upgrades, staging, and more! And she was never more than a text or message away, even while on a short vacation! Yes, we knew she'd be on vacation (just a few days) when we hired her. Her reputation, energy, listening skills and professionalism proved she was the right person. It's a sellers' market, but our experience was made even better and more profitable thanks to Lisa.
