      Unbelievable performance. I'd give this company 10 stars if the system would let me. We were VERY unhappy with a competitor when we got our rate and thus the APR percentage with points to the tune of $2,900 dollars. The closing costs were estimated at almost $14,000 dollars. Are you kidding me! We reached out to Nick Vargas and his team on very short notice. I believe it was June 28th and on July 13th we were "Clear to Close" which is 6 days prior to closing on July 19th. Interest rate and the APR% were lower - waived goodbye to the $2,900 in loan costs and the Final Closing costs are $7,708 THAT'S RIGHT LIKE 45% CHEAPER. You would be crazy not to give this company a try.
