      Who doesn't understand what a crawl space is? Steps in an egress window well, yes, they are built into the design of the window well. Amateur? This stuff is not for amateurs, that's how the housing crisis happened last time. What else is wrong?

      If I could give a negative number I would! This guy comes to my house and starts his appraisal outside 10 minutes into it he comes and knocks at my door and asked if he could use my bathroom. He then proceeds to go to the bathroom and duke it up!!! Then he doesn’t turn the fan on and comes out and tells me don’t eat gas station burritos. WHO DOES THAT??? Then I had to wait almost a full week and he comes back with 330,000 ! Lol what a joke! The house down the street sold in a day for $358,000. This house was not on a corner lot, was missing a Nother bathroom, was missing a porch, and had no pool, and was missing three fireplaces, and 400sf less, original windows an old roof and the list goes on and on and on. WHAT A JOKE!
