I was on hold twice today trying to get information about their Heloc Loans. First time this morning, I chose to have a call back after holding 30 minutes. I have not yet to received a return call. It's 4:45 pm and I have once again been on hold for over 30 minutes. I'm hanging up and taking them off of my list. Why would I want to do any banking or loan business with an establishment I can not reach. HORRIBLE customer service.
