  April is the best! As a first time home buyer, she really "held our hands" through the whole process. She talked us through everything and answered every question. She was always available even late at night and early morning too. We always felt like we were her only clients. Our agent also enjoyed working with her. Communication is key during the process and there was plenty of it between April, ourselves and our agent. Southeast Mortgage made the process super easy with their online portal. We were able to securely upload all our forms and documents instantly. It let us keep track of what we had submitted and what was still needed. I could download and print copies of disclosures and loan agreements as needed even at 2am. E-signing was super great-no need to download, print, sign, scan, and then upload. Very easy secure process in the digital age. Highly recommend 10/10.

  April is where you NEED to start when it comes to buying a home! She helped us in ways I had know idea we even needed help with. From start to finish April offered expert advice, guided us literally step by step, nudged us along the way to ensure we did the things we needed to do on time, and she explained every detail so we really understood what was happening and what was ahead. She helped us to know what made sense for us, and helped us to know what steps we could take even after buying our home to add equity and move forward.
