      Jay Zayer at Aramco was our broker for our refinance mortgage. Jay was great! When one of the investor/lenders upped their rates when they approved our mortgage, Jay went to an another lender and got us a better rate equal to, or better than, the rate we were orginally quoted by the 1st lender.
