Banner Bank Carlsbad is the only Bank I will do business with from now on! I started by opening a personal checking account to test the waters. I am used to BofA standards. 45 minute wait times and the teller never remembering your name. To my surprise, I found out after several visits that Peter is the Branch Manager. It is rare to get any type of a management to acknowledge you, let alone greet you by name and ask you how your day is going? Mind Blown... To me that shows the customer truly is valued in their eyes. This is just one of many reasons why I switched my merchant accounts over as well. Thank you Peter, Neyda and Staff for making me feel like a valued customer and not just another number in line.

There truly is no better place to bank. It is old school banking. Their customer service is the best, I pay no fees for having a checking account, and the best part is there is never a wait. Oh, and there are no fees for using ANY ATM's. I have been a customer of theirs for almost 15 years.
