      Avoid at all cost. This branch is awesome however Argent as a credit union is inept & can’t perform basic tasks without major delays because of antiquated systems.

      Argent is one star as a company so it is not the locations fault. The company has to do weeks of research to provide answers for simple questions that other credit union & bank tellers can answer immediately. Heads up worked in banking for almost a decade & Argent as a whole is showing signs of insolvency. Yeah FDIC insurance is cool but what’s cooler is not losing your money to begin with. When I paid off my mortgage they claim that I didn’t pay a $50 title fee…why wasn’t it included in my payoff? The result a lifetime ban…in retrospect they did me a favor. Only liked this location because of JoAnn the manager, who can typically overcome the stupidity of the credit union while towing the company line however the company as a whole is so poorly ran even her great skills can only go so far.
