      Nice people but horrible wait time when you need to call. Called a few times and was trying to get through for over 20 minutes and gave up.

      So for the last 15 months there has been quite a turnover of employees. And since then there has been a poor quality of service. Deposits not in accurate accounts, deposit amount not accurately deposited and lobby being closed. Now with COVID-19 being a player I understand some precautions being implemented, but now the lobby is closed ( and I believe its due to cutting staff and saving labor money) while other banks lobbies are open. If your in line, and there is quite a line for drive thru, you will be there for about 15-25 minutes. I had a friend complain about the same problems and he was ignored by teller who just walked away. I was also given a snotty response that I could drive to other end of town and use that banks service if I didn't like the service there. I am going to pull my business and personal accounts and go to another bank as the way the mgmt has been running this is just too much frustration.
