Nothing but smiling faces at the Smithfield location and helpful customer service who have helped me dispute fraudulent charges from online scams. I have my Ameritrade account linked to my bank account and i get a personal call anytime there's anything funny with my account. Don't believe the ranting idiot on here that wants you to believe they hand out your info.

Been banking here for 20 years. Never had a problem with staff or any technical issues. The ladies there are super friendly and have me in and out in a few minutes. Can't imagine why somebody would leave bad reviews.

The banks app shows there is available balance you can use it online. But go try to get gas or something at sheetz in the early hours of morning and it says not in it yet
