      Miguel Razon thank you so much for being so patient and helping me with disputing my charge I had on my account you handle things so professionally I almost felt like family when I kept calling back this Bank rocks I don't care what anyone says the only downfall is there's only like two branches in Oliver Arizona will in the metropolitan area but hey it's free banking so who cares and you don't even need direct deposit this is an awesome bank I definitely recommend it!!

      This bank has without a doubt the most incompetent mortgage department I have ever dealt with. I was initially promised a 90+% LTV HELOC that would take two weeks to close. MONTHS later I was just informed because my house appraised TOO HIGH the amount I can borrow will go way down. The only point i stuck it out with this terribly incompetent bank was for the high LTV. The week I was supposed to close on the HELOC I had to proactively ask what the new LTV would be and they told me 70%... After months of waiting they completely screwed me.

      If you prefer your bank to be on top of things and to look out for your best interests don't use this bank. They have zero interest in helping clients and the employee turn over is embarrassing to say the least.
