      Settled with an estate account at a B of A branch in California and no help from the central offices, the staff of the Financial center gave me all the help I needed. Quite old and with failing eyesight, I had Ms. Avedisian's help to recover a lost cashier's check; she even phoned me when the money was returned to the account. This is customer service one rarely finds these days.

      I went in to make a deposit. As you all know while you wait in line an employee always tries to help before you see a teller. 1 star because the lady at Bank of America wanted me to make the deposit with her on her tablet. I said no I had to withdraw as well she kept on insisting. Please don’t make someone do what they don’t want. If I want to see a teller that’s my problem. Be more professional and respectful.
