DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! I financed a truck through them and had a savings account as well. I traded my truck last year and used another lender, but kept my savings account with them. They didn't let me know they were taking $8 a month out of my savings account for having it. They got me!! All I got was a, "We're sorry you weren't aware of our charges for only having a savings account!!" Blood pressure through the roof! They'll never get my business again!

Customer service is great until you sign your paperwork. This is my third and last loan with AFCU. I didn’t even make it all the way through application process before I was handed over to a different loan agent. The first one could not wait five minutes to go to lunch after I waited forty five minutes for the to process my loan. I signed my paperwork and waited four days for the funds. After a couple of long phone calls it turns out they forgot to submit it. I just can’t say enough about there awful customer service.
