Very well could be the worst banking experience i have ever had. Signed up for the bank out of bootcamp and was lied to about the benefits offered and when you are able to access them. I was in bootcamp and received charges for not being logged into my online banking to set up my paperless statements, also got charged a fee for not using my debit card in time (That didnt work when i got it and still dosent). All in all possibly worst bank by far and it seems to pray on new recruits from RTC.
