  If you get locked out of your account its almost impossible to get a hold of someone over the phone 1 FEB 16 I spent 30 min waiting for a agent via phone and never got in touch with anyone other than a recording stating what a great bank they are, had to drive to the bank on post, agent forwarded my information to another department she said they would email me and give me instructions to reset my password, never got that email. today is 3 FEB already made one phone call waited over 30 min no answer. its now 2nd call and no agents.. Will probably close out my account.

  Armed forces banks is the worst bank ever. The customer service is horrible on 4th and limit. They dont listen and constantly interrupt customers. The7 are rude and dont care about their customers. I will be removing my money from this bank.

  This people that handle the accounts do not know what they are doing. We went in four months in a row to cancel the monthly paper statements (they cost 5 dollars a month) and every time we filled out the paperwork (yes that is ironic) to cancel sure enough we would be charged 5 dollars and get another statement. We eventually pulled our money out but at the loss of 20 dollars in a child's savings account. I highly do not recommend.
