  We LOVE AFBN! Always like being around family. Ae use them for insurance and tax prep. Paul is our go to! And we got the chance to also work with John, both very professional and we love them.

  Apparently our taxes were done incorrectly according to the IRS....we will YET AGAIN have to wait a number of months before receiving what could have been our tax return. Tax “Professionals”? I’m using turbo tax next year....

  I thought that I would recommend this place to others but I just had a whole change of heart recently!! I usually file through TurboTax. I got an ad from AFBN in the mail and thought we would try them out since it was free for military. We have been having problems since we switched to them. First off, last year we filed in February. We didn’t receive our taxes till SEPTEMBER of that year. We were thinking it was our issue or the IRS but after this year I see the issue! We came here and filed with Paul Oden, I informed him that I didn’t receive my portion of the Recovery Rebate Credit which needed to be put on the taxes. I told him the amount that should be put on there. I then asked continuously did he put it on there and the RIGHT AMOUNT because we did not want to go through the same problem we did last year and have to wait to the end of the year to receive our taxes. But of course, here we are again! I contacted the IRS and they inform me that whoever filed it, messed up the amount on the taxes which now is prolonging us receiving it! They have to go in manually which can take over two months to get processed because of one mistake that I continually asked if it was correct! Will not come back them to ever again. Y’all are suppose to be the tax “pros” and yet we have had problems since we started. I will be filing with TurboTax from now on like I did previously so I know my stuff is correct! Also do not get those insurance policies they try to sell to soldiers! That’s just a way to get money out of you.
