  My wife and I have bought 8 homes in our 48 years of marriage so far. WE have bought in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. I am a football coach who moves to places that are losing and turns them around. Harriett Elkins, of Envoy Mortgage, is the most helpful person we have ever worked with. She seems to never sleep as she assists you in what ever problem you have or any situation that comes up. She is professional and a joy to work with. I would give her 6 stars if it would let me, this being our 9th home.

  As first time home buyers, let me tell you that buying a home is probably the most stressful thing I've ever done (No kids though) but John Tuggle managed to help my husband and I accomplish this. I waited a good while to write my review because it's true I wasn't always happy with John, and Isabel Horne who works in his office who I knew from before often helped keep me on track, but with some months between the events I can see in hindsight John was literally doing everything in his power to get me/us the best rate & the house and even though that caused a hiccup that sent me into a meltdown it was all really just trying to help us. After seeing my brother-in-law and sister-in-law (different siblings) both purchase a house after us through different companies despite offering them information on Envoy, and all they went through and the meltdowns they had, I realized how much better #EnvoyMortgage was. John not only got this done for us, but he and Isabel both took my calls/ texts/ emails whenever they could and with John that occasionally even meant after hours or during an event if necessary. I want to apologize to John, Isabel and Envoy for being so stressed and moody when you guys clearly had it all under control. They are straight forward, give good and timely communication and will do a great job for you. I highly recommend them.
